As Jacob UK has in-house tooling and advanced automated laser welding systems, each pipe bend and segment has been press formed and seam welded with expert precision.
Their range of stainless steel pipe bends and segments are also available in powder coated and hot-dip galvanised steel options depending on your application needs. The stainless steel they use is part of the Jacob UK FOOD GRADE range and meets both the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements and European regulation EC 1935/2004 requirements. You can also choose between two stainless steel options which are 1.4307 (304L) or 1.4301 (304).
You can choose from a large range of different diameters anywhere from 60mm up to 630mm, with larger diameters made with pressed lobster or back segments. There is also the option of various thickness options including 3mm, 2mm, 1.5mm, and 1mm.
